An award-winning, RIBA-chartered architecture studio in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Senior Architect to join its growing team. The practice is known for its context-led, design-focused approach and delivers high-quality residential, cultural, and community projects across all RIBA stages. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Architect ready to step into a senior role, taking ownership of projects and contributing to both design leadership and technical delivery within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages (0 to 7), from concept to completion
  • Manage and coordinate planning applications, design development, technical packages, and construction information
  • Oversee site delivery, resolving design and technical issues as they arise
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design intent and quality are maintained
  • Contribute to internal design reviews, mentoring, and wider studio development

Requirements

  • ARB registered Architect
  • Significant post Part 3 experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Proven experience leading projects or operating at a senior level
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential and/or community-focused work
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and the planning process
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and confident taking responsibility for projects
