What You Will Do:

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues, using tools such as 8D and 5 Whys.
  • Conduct internal audits, process audits, and product inspections to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
  • Assist with environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and waste reduction programmes.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture, supporting risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations.

What You Will Bring:

  • A background in manufacturing, engineering, environmental science, or a related field, with HNC/HND or equivalent experience.
  • Hands‑on experience in quality or QESH‑related roles within manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, with exposure to ISO 14001 and health & safety systems being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and 5 Whys, coupled with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
