Found Industrial are recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a specialist manufacturer producing innovative medical devices. This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative team where precision and quality are critical. The position would suit candidates with mechanical or electrical assembly experience, or those from an engineering or manufacturing background who are looking to develop their skills within a highly regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and preparing components ready for assembly
- Assembling products using hand and power tools, following detailed instructions and technical drawings
- Conducting quality checks to ensure finished components meet strict standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety procedures
- Packing completed products ready for dispatch
- Working collaboratively with the team to support process improvements and efficiency
- Previous experience within electrical or mechanical assembly, or a manufacturing environment
- Engineering qualifications (mechanical or electrical) desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity, as some components are small
- Good written and spoken English
- Reliable, team-focused attitude and pride in producing high-quality work
- Own transport due to the location of the site
