Salary: £27,696 (41.5hrs pw) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
  • Drive a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to customers.
  • Build rapport with customers & suppliers, respond to any queries whether that is over the phone or email and process sales.
  • Perform general warehouse duties including goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.

This is a Full Time permanent position working 41.5 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08.00am‑5.00pm, Fridays 08:00am‑4pm. Alternate Saturdays 09:00am‑1pm, paid as overtime.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
  • Previous experience in sales/retail/warehouse.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including completing necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
  • A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.
