Role Responsibilities:
- Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
- Drive a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to customers.
- Build rapport with customers & suppliers, respond to any queries whether that is over the phone or email and process sales.
- Perform general warehouse duties including goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
This is a Full Time permanent position working 41.5 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08.00am‑5.00pm, Fridays 08:00am‑4pm. Alternate Saturdays 09:00am‑1pm, paid as overtime.
Qualifications:
- Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
- Previous experience in sales/retail/warehouse.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including completing necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
- A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.
