United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a qualified Stock Condition Surveyor to conduct surveys across a portfolio of over 1500 properties in Croydon and Southeast London. The role includes conducting stock condition and RDSAP surveys for bedsits, flats, houses, and blocks.

Experience with RDSAP is a must, and the position is outside IR35. The compensation is based on the number of surveys conducted. This is an opportunity to work with a reputable Housing Association, providing essential surveying services.
