Peace Recruitment Services are currently seeking a reliable Plasterer/Tiler to join our clients Maintenance Team working on void properties across the local area.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will carry out plastering, patch repairs, tiling, and general maintenance works on void properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding and rendering
- Wall and floor tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and other domestic areas
- Prepare surfaces and complete finishing works to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plasterer and tiler within domestic maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good attention to details and quality workmanship
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- CSCS Card
- Own tools
- Basic Disclosure
