Are you an experienced Test Engineer specialising in Electronics, eager to make a meaningful impact in the defence manufacturing sector? We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Manufacturing Test Engineer, who will shape the future of production testing within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

In this role, you will lead test system introduction and support the testing and diagnostics of electrical, electronic, and RF systems and sub-assemblies during development and early production phases. Working closely with design and operations teams, you'll ensure production readiness of test solutions and contribute to technical excellence across a variety of complex projects.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess a strong background in digital, analogue, and RF electronics manufacturing and testing, with significant experience working with manual and automated test equipment, preferably within a defence or similar manufacturing environment. Your understanding of electrical/electronic measurement principles, coupled with your ability to troubleshoot down to component level, will be instrumental in supporting technical success.
