We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join a leading engineering organisation working on advanced materials and high-technology systems. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and delivering projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage integrated project teams to achieve project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Capture and track requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project schedules and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate across functions to align project goals with business and technical priorities.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders using clear, data-driven reporting.
  • Drive best practice project management processes and motivate teams to deliver results.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience delivering complex engineering projects, ideally in aerospace, defence, or advanced materials.
  • Understanding of New Product Development (NPD) programmes and engineering standards.
  • Experience in matrix organisations and managing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Strong project management methodologies and scheduling tool experience (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant project management training or professional qualifications desirable.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance if required.
