Social Housing Electrician

Area: Stevenage

Salary: 33,000 - 36,000 (OTE 50,000.00)

My client, a leading nationwide contractor, is currently seeking a number of electrical testers to come on board for their social housing reactive maintenance contracts. This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Stevenage. These positions are permanent and you will be provided with a van, fuel card, and materials.

Duties:

  • Maintenance EICRs & Remedial Works
  • Upgrades
  • Installation works

Requirements:

  • 18th edition
  • 2391 Level 3
  • Social housing/Maintenance experience
  • UK Driving license
