Location: Staveley

Hours: 3 days per week 8:30am to 5:00pm and 8:30am to 1:00pm

Salary: £12.71 per hour plus annual bonus

The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role combining customer service, order processing, telesales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Processing customer orders accurately and within required timescales
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with catering and hospitality clients
  • Contacting new, existing, and lapsed customers to promote food products and services
  • Providing a high level of customer service and account support
  • Creating engaging content and short promotional videos for WhatsApp and app-based customer communications
  • Supporting social media activity to increase customer engagement and brand visibility
  • Working closely with the wider sales team to support business growth
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience within catering, hospitality, food service, or food sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and developing client relationships
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Basic social media knowledge and confidence creating simple video content
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
