The Role
As the successful Trainee Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process within a specialist engineering market. You can expect to:
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking
- Qualify and screen candidates to evaluate skills and suitability
- Manage interview processes and negotiate offers
- Proactively identify and engage with new clients to generate new vacancies
