What you'll need
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, CACHE, BTEC, EY Educator etc.)
- A passion for childcare and commitment to safeguarding
- A positive, caring approach and team spirit
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
