About the Role

Are you a registered nurse seeking a fulfilling career in a care home environment? I am looking to recruit dedicated nurses to join our team on a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and fellow nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care.
  • Support carers with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Administer medication, update nursing care plans, and maintain accurate daily records.
  • Promote residents' choice, dignity, and independence while overseeing the care team.
  • Ensure all care plans are regularly updated and evaluate patient outcomes to maintain high standards.
