Overview
I am currently recruiting for a Speech & Language Therapist to work with my client in Kingston. You will be working in an OFSTED rated outstanding SEN school for 2-19 year olds. They are open to both locum and permanent applications.
The Role
- Provide Speech and Language therapy for students through individual, group and/or teacher directed therapy sessions
- Provide assessment for current and prospective pupils as required
- Working closely with teaching staff to embed therapeutic strategies into daily classroom practice
- Providing training, advice, and practical support to school staff
Requirements
- At least 1 years postgraduate experience working within a school environment
- Dysphagia experience
- Post registration training in Makaton and AAC
- HCPC registered
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech & Language Therapy recognised by relevant professional bodies
- Clear DBS (we can put this in process for you)
