We are currently recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a well-resourced specialist provision in Kingston, supporting pupils with Autism, complex needs, and communication difficulties. The Role

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs
  • Support students with Autism, SEMH, and additional learning difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents
  • Monitor pupil progress and adapt learning strategies where necessary
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

Skills & Experience

  • Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Has experience working within SEN settings or inclusive classrooms
  • Can confidently manage behaviour and support additional needs
  • Is passionate about improving outcomes for SEN pupils
  • Holds or is willing to obtain a Child and Adult DBS
