As Registered Manager, you will:

Kenway Court is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea. The service supports people with intellectual and physical disabilities. People who live at Kenway Court have wide individual choice, with active support from staff. Our service offers nursing support to those with complex needs. We take a person-centred, flexible approach. We know that everyone’s needs and aspirations are different, and all sorts of things add up to a flourishing life.
