A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Gardener to join the Gardens team on our prestigious estate. Stoke Park Limited in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire is a 5‑star estate and country club situated within a 300‑acre Capability Brown landscape. The gardens around the estate have recently undergone extensive improvements and consist of large mixed borders, rhododendron walks, a Japanese koi pond, a large kitchen garden and much more. As various areas are still under development, the successful candidate will get involved at the development stage and be part of the journey going forward.

Responsibilities

  • Use excellent plant knowledge to prune, train, prepare soil and manage irrigation.
  • Work well in a team and/or independently while maintaining a high standard of care.
  • Pay great attention to detail in all gardening tasks.

Qualifications

  • Qualified gardener with RHS Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Strong experience within a professional gardening environment.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Can work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am‑4:30pm; overtime may be required.
