The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are working with a well-developed company who have a focused manufacturing capability based on CNC technology. In addition to traditional standalone machining centres, they have 6 sliding head CNC lathes that allow complete production of finished components from raw bar material. We are recruiting for an experienced Sliding Head Operator to join this business.

Sliding Head Operator key skills required:

  • Must have over 2 years hands on working experience as a Sliding Head Operator
  • Must have experience of setting and operating Sliding Head Machine
  • Experience with Star Machine preferred - but others will be considered
  • Any experience of programming would be advantageous

The successful Sliding Head Operator will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate, free onsite parking, and benefits to be confirmed.

Mon-Fri 6am-2pm (40 hours)

Mon-Thur 2pm-12am (40 hours)

OT 6% bonus eligible after probation
