A well-established and forward-thinking process equipment manufacturer is seeking a Plastic Injection Moulding Setter / Operator to join their team. Operating in a fast-paced, high-spec production environment, they supply a diverse range of industries with technically demanding components.

16.78/hr, 40 hours per week, double day shift (rotating weekly between 06:00 - 14:00, and 14:00 - 22:00).

Working in a highly automated department, the Injection Moulding Setter / Operator will be responsible for ensuring machines and automation equipment run efficiently.

Key duties for the Injection Moulding Setter / Operator:
  • Setting up, running, and optimising moulding machines and automation systems.
  • Carrying out safety checks and undertaking basic maintenance activities.
  • Loading and unloading mould tools safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting production and process issues in a structured, proactive way.
  • Completing first-off and last-off inspections, ensuring sampling meets SOP and quality standards.
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter Operator, the ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous experience as a Setter, Technician, or Moulding Operator in a plastic injection moulding environment.
  • Be confident setting, operating and troubleshooting machinery.
  • Have exposure to automation systems and equipment.
