We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a skilled Panel Beater for their busy accident repair centre in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable franchise-approved bodyshop, offering competitive salary packages and clear career progression pathways.

Responsibilities
- The Panel Beater will be repairing or replacing damaged areas on vehicles to a high standard, primarily insurance-based work
- Working on cars, campervans, and some commercial vehicles
- Planning work schedules and ordering parts to meet repair deadlines
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and products
- Delivering exceptional customer service to foster customer loyalty and generate referrals
- Ensuring good housekeeping standards and accurate administrative documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a busy environment
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or extensive longstanding experience is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently when required
