We're urgently looking for skilled MIG / MAG Welders to work for a busy automotive manufacturing company in Warwick. Both permanent & contract jobs available, with immediate starts on offer.
Overview
- 4 day working week (Monday - Thursday)
- Standard working hours 06:30 - 16:00
- Base rate £19.10/hour
- Plenty of overtime available, at premium rates
- Overtime Mon-Thu = £23.48/hr, all hours Fri & Sat = £26.42/hr, Sun = £35.22/hr
- Annual production bonuses also regularly paid
- Company experiencing continuous growth, with an excellent record for staff progression
Candidate Experience
- ESSENTIAL: Experience in MIG & MAG welding, medium-heavy fabrication of steel (2mm to 10mm), welding/fabrication qualifications, ability to build and tack weld from drawings, spot visual faults, read and understand engineering drawings, multi-skilling flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills.
- DESIRABLE: Welding approval certificates, BSEN 287 approved coded welding, ability to use pendant crane, computer literacy.
