Shifts & Pay Rates

  • Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Shift Patterns
  • 18:00pm - 04:30am: £15.50 p/h, £18.44 p/h Overtime after 40hrs
  • 20:00pm - 06:30am: £15.75 p/h, £18.69 p/h, Overtime after 40hrs

Full training provided. Own transport essential due to site location. Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join from day one and build a long-term career within a growing operation. We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This role involves working as an Order Picker at heights using HLOP, so candidates must be comfortable working at heights. Warehouse experience is required, and full training will be provided for the right candidate. All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and Drug and Alcohol test.

Warehouse Operative - Key Responsibilities

  • Picking orders accurately within the warehouse.
  • Working at heights using High Level Order Picker Truck - HLOP (training provided).
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Following all health and safety procedures.
  • Keeping the work area clean and organized.

Warehouse Operative - Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience is essential.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights.
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties.
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
  • Own transport required due to location.
