Experienced driver required. Duties to include: Loading van in the morning and multi drop deliveries during the day. We are a Sittingbourne based company distributing frozen/chilled/ambient goods to the takeaway and foodservice trade in the South East. Weekend work as and when required on a rota basis.

Driver Requirements:

  • Full driving Licence (photo card and counterpart), valid to drive in the UK - no more than 6 points. DD, DR and IN endorsements will not be accepted.
  • Over 25 for insurance purposes.
  • Good geographical knowledge of Kent essential.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • High degree of safety awareness.
  • The ability to map out routes from A-Z.
  • Good numerical skills as cash handling is required.
  • Lifting of stock items weighing up to 23kg.

Salary/Benefits:

  • £13.97 per hour, overtime £18.53 per hour when available.
  • Weekend rate £21.84 per hour.
  • Bonus scheme paid quarterly.

Hours approx:

  • Monday 7.15 am - 3.45 pm
  • Tuesday 7.15 am - 4.15 pm
  • Wednesday 7.15 am - 4.15 pm
  • Thursday 7.15 am - 4.15 pm
  • Friday 7.15 am - 4.15 pm
  • Saturday as and when needed
