We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term façade restoration project on a commercial high-rise building in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a well-established team delivering specialist external works on a prestigious, large-scale development.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to programme. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating workflow
- Managing site operatives and subcontractors
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Implementing and monitoring RAMS
- Liaising with building management and access teams
- Tracking progress and reporting to senior management
Requirements
To be considered, you will need:
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Strong background in façade or cladding works
- Experience working on high-rise construction projects
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SAEMA certification (desirable)
- Comfortable working at significant height
