Our client based in Silverstone is seeking a Machine Operative/Machine Minder with machinery experience for an immediate start. This is a temp to perm role - if you are looking for a steady position, apply now.
Working Hours:
- 9:00 to 18:00
- 11:00 to 20:00
- Mon - Fri
- One Saturday per month
Pay: £26,500.00 - £28,000.00 per year (Payment rate depending on experience: up to £28,000 + annual bonus)
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient operation
- Machine minding duties
- Assist with stock checks when required
- Consolidation of products within the warehouse
- Production experience combined with warehouse operations
The Candidate:
- Good communication skills
- Good self-discipline and ability to strictly follow agreed procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude and able to work to deadlines
