We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Keighley. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in a production or automotive environment who are looking for a hands-on role with a quality focus.
Key Duties
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out inspection checks using measuring equipment
- Completing inspection and quality reports
- Following control documentation including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), visual standards and control plans
- Supporting general production duties, including packing
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Experience with quality checks or inspection processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic
Shift Hours
- Morning Shift: 5:30 am – 2 pm Monday to Thursday & 5:30 am – 11:30 am Fri = 38 hours per week
- Afternoon Shift: 2 pm – 10:30 pm Mon to Thurs & 11:30 am – 5:30 pm Fri = 38 hours per week
Rate of Pay: 14.41 per hour (including shift allowance)
