Pertemps is working with a busy training and operations provider and they're looking for a highly organised Planning & Compliance Assistant to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting scheduling, compliance, vehicle coordination and general administration across multiple sites.

The Role

  • You'll work closely with the Planning and Compliance teams to ensure training runs smoothly, records are accurate, and vehicles and sites remain fully compliant and well organised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance records including training matrices, renewals and qualifications
  • Monitor defect reporting, licence checks, PMI sheets and vehicle documentation
  • Support vehicle maintenance including breakdowns, tyre issues and service reminders
  • Manage stock and paperwork across multiple sites
  • Handle training administration including scanning, uploading and filing
  • Assist with training materials and updates
  • Plan training sessions and tests including DVSA bookings and joining instructions
  • Support social media updates such as pass photos and course announcements
  • Assist with rota updates and provide cover for planning manager when required
  • General admin and housekeeping duties
  • Booking theory tests and managing related paperwork
