Pertemps is working with a busy training and operations provider and they're looking for a highly organised Planning & Compliance Assistant to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting scheduling, compliance, vehicle coordination and general administration across multiple sites.
The Role
You'll work closely with the Planning and Compliance teams to ensure training runs smoothly, records are accurate, and vehicles and sites remain fully compliant and well organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance records including training matrices, renewals and qualifications
- Monitor defect reporting, licence checks, PMI sheets and vehicle documentation
- Support vehicle maintenance including breakdowns, tyre issues and service reminders
- Manage stock and paperwork across multiple sites
- Handle training administration including scanning, uploading and filing
- Assist with training materials and updates
- Plan training sessions and tests including DVSA bookings and joining instructions
- Support social media updates such as pass photos and course announcements
- Assist with rota updates and provide cover for planning manager when required
- General admin and housekeeping duties
- Booking theory tests and managing related paperwork
