Role Title: Instructor Demonstrator in Motor Vehicle

Location: Deeside

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £26,980 - £31,245

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive practical sessions to students
  • Plan practical activities in collaboration with the course team
  • Support students’ skill development and learning outcomes
  • Manage key administrative tasks, including record‑keeping and student evaluations
  • Adhere to guidelines on Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, and Quality
  • Participate in staff professional development and CPD activities

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 or equivalent in a professionally relevant subject matter
  • Experience in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Demonstrated understanding of current developments in the specialist area and a willingness to keep up to date
  • Awareness of quality standards within teaching
  • Good level of IT competence, able to navigate Internet and intranets and willing to learn new IT packages and systems

Desirable Skills:

  • Welsh language skills
