Our client is seeking a strong, inspirational leader who can take control, provide stability, and continue to drive excellence in care quality and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to build on a solid foundation and bring fresh energy and direction to a well-regarded service. The Home Manager is supported by an experienced, full time Deputy Nursing Home Manager.

Key Skills

  • Nurse-qualified - RGN / RMN / RNLD
  • Possess a recognised management qualification NVQ4/5 and previous CQC registration experience
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a nursing or residential care home
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care
  • Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and occupancy
