Are you passionate about Psychology and shaping the next generation of learners? Solihull College & University Centre is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lecturer to teach A Level Psychology, delivering Year 1 and Year 2 on the linear AQA specification, within a supportive and collaborative teaching environment.
You must have a degree in Psychology or a related subject and hold, or be willing to work towards, a recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching A Level Psychology is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills, flexibility, and a commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching are required.
This part-time role offers a permanent contract and the opportunity to join a forward-thinking Further Education team dedicated to student success. We aim to reflect the diversity of our student population in our staff profile, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience and environment for our learners. Our goal is to continue to develop a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive workplace where all staff can thrive.
