Are you passionate about Music education and inspiring the next generation of Musicians? Look no further! Tradewind Recruitment are actively recruiting for creative Music Teachers to work within secondary schools in the Dover area. The roles are full time long term opportunities starting in September 2026 with a salary of between 32,916 and 51,047 depending on experience - PAYE.

The role:

  • Plan and deliver both theory and practical Music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Attend departmental meetings and parents evenings when required.
  • Assist in organising and overseeing school concerts, recitals and music events within the school.
  • Lead engaging and innovative music lessons tailored to students of all abilities and ages across KS3 and KS4.

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience of teaching music within an educational setting.
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
