Join Our Team as a Production Operative. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join the production team on the outskirts of Dover; this exciting opportunity allows you to join a committed team with progression, overtime, and bonuses.

The Role

  • Position: Full-time, permanent
  • Location: Dover, UK - Will need to drive due to location
  • Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days & nights) - Rotating - 5:45am to 6:15pm then 5:45pm to 6:15am
  • Hours: 40.25 per week (12.5-hour shifts)
  • Pay: 12.71 per hour (days) / 14.15 per hour (nights)

As a Production Operative, you'll help manufacture high-quality products, operate production machinery, handle materials, and support smooth, efficient production processes.

Pay & Progression

  • After 3-month probation: 12.60 per hour (days) / 14.50 per hour (nights)
  • Career Development Path: Progress to Multiskilled Operator after learning all six operational roles (13.90 per hour, typically within 6-12 months). Roles include: Stacking & Packing, Quality Control, Material Loading, and Machinery Operation.
  • Further progression opportunities:
    • Deputy Zone Leader: 14.40 per hour
    • Zone Leader: 15.40 per hour
    • Deputy Shift Leader: 16.15 per hour
    • Shift Leader: 18.40 per hour
