We have a great opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join our team. The Project Surveyor is an important part of the project team and helps make sure projects are managed well from a cost perspective. This role involves monitoring project costs, managing budgets, and making sure everything stays on track financially while supporting the successful delivery of projects.

About you

  • An accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
  • Adequate experience as an Assistant QS/QS.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of construction and sustainable construction techniques.
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction management.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Effective use of Initiative.
