We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Foreman (GF) for ongoing highways and civil engineering works in the Radlett area.

Rate: 25.44 PAYE

This role involves general highways construction supervision and subcontractor management, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site supervision
  • Managing subcontractors on highways works
  • Coordinating site activities and programme delivery
  • Ensuring full health & safety compliance
  • Reading drawings and planning works
  • Reporting progress to site management

Requirements:

  • CSCS Gold Card (Essential)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS (Essential)
  • Right to Work in the UK (Essential)
  • Proven experience as a General Foreman
  • Strong background in highways / civils projects
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
