You'll work across three schemes, with a set weekly pattern: 3 days in one scheme, 1 day at a second scheme, 1 day at a third scheme. All schemes are easily accessible by public transport, and you'll be stationary on one site per day – no mid-day travel required.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day scheme oversight and lone working
- Welcoming residents and supporting their wellbeing
- Carrying out checks, risk assessments and safeguarding escalations
- Managing tenancy-related queries, rent/service charge conversations and basic admin
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in housing, supported housing, or older persons’ services
- Confidence working independently and managing a building on your own
- Strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS with Adult Barred List
