This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the UK, from residential developments and infrastructure schemes to nature recovery and biodiversity net gain strategies.

As an Ecologist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting protected species and habitat surveys (e.g. bats, GCN, reptiles, badgers)
- Producing high-quality technical reports including PEAs, EcIAs, and management plans
- Supporting the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain assessments
- Liaising with clients, planning authorities, and stakeholders
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in ecology or related environmental discipline
- Consultancy experience (or demonstrable equivalent)
- Strong report writing and survey skills
- Knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation
- Ideally at least one protected species licence (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
