We are working with a global IT services provider seeking an experienced PMO professional to support the governance, traceability, regulatory readiness, delivery tracking, and oversight of remediation activities across a large-scale Operational Resilience programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain governance frameworks, delivery tracking, and RAID management across the programme
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of actions, risks, and remediation plans
- Support operational resilience and regulatory reporting requirements
- Maintain key programme artefacts to support audit and compliance activities
- Coordinate inputs across squads to ensure consistent reporting and visibility
- Support regulatory and audit engagements, ensuring evidence is complete and accessible
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as a PMO Lead within financial services
- An understanding of operational resilience frameworks or DORA regulations
- Experience supporting governance, audit, and regulatory engagement
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex delivery environments
