We are working with a global IT services provider seeking an experienced PMO professional to support the governance, traceability, regulatory readiness, delivery tracking, and oversight of remediation activities across a large-scale Operational Resilience programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain governance frameworks, delivery tracking, and RAID management across the programme
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability of actions, risks, and remediation plans
  • Support operational resilience and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Maintain key programme artefacts to support audit and compliance activities
  • Coordinate inputs across squads to ensure consistent reporting and visibility
  • Support regulatory and audit engagements, ensuring evidence is complete and accessible

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a PMO Lead within financial services
  • An understanding of operational resilience frameworks or DORA regulations
  • Experience supporting governance, audit, and regulatory engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex delivery environments
