A Day in the Life:
- Start your shift by heading to your assigned bus route or stop.
- Equipped with your Ipsos tablet, forms, and ID badge, hop on the bus and begin your journey.
- Approach passengers during their journey.
- Ask a short set of questions.
- Capture their experiences and feedback.
- Occasionally record footfall as required.
- Some shifts involve being on the bus for the full route, while others may involve a fixed three hour session at a bus stop or bus station.
