My client is a well-established full service hydraulic company, offering a top draw professional 24/7 hose servicing service. Priding themselves on the ability to offer emergency service to clients by attending site and assisting with the replacement of hydraulic hoses at all times in all weathers. My client is looking for a Mobile Hose Engineer to join their team.

As a Mobile Hose Engineer, you will have experience in attending sites and assisting with the replacement of hydraulic hoses.

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 (DOE)

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Overtime, On Call, Bonus, van, health care and pension.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist in building the company's reputation within the hydraulic field.
  • Ensure all HSE guidelines within company policy are followed.
  • Provide professional onsite hydraulic hose replacement services to a high standard.
  • Work closely with other mobile engineers to assist with issues on various sites.
  • Manage vehicle to maintain stock levels, routine maintenance, and documentation of your van.
  • Ensure equipment used is maintained and make changes when required.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • Provide assistance to staff within depot when required to do so.

To apply you MUST have or hold:

  • Understanding of hydraulic hose replacement process is a benefit.
  • Experience working with mechanical machinery including plant, motor etc.
  • Able to communicate technical information to all personnel.
  • The ability to present yourself professionally.
  • Hydraulic hose experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license.
