Winner Recruitment are currently working with a number of clients across South Yorkshire who are looking to expand their teams with experienced Processing Operatives. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in metal processing, recycling, or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Operating processing machinery including shears, balers and shot blasters
- Carrying out general processing and production duties
- Sorting and handling metal materials
- Working to production targets and site requirements
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Previous experience in metal processing, recycling, waste, or manufacturing
- Experience operating machinery (shears, balers, shredders, etc.)
- FLT / forklift licence preferred but not essential
- Overhead crane experience beneficial
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Competitive salary based on experience
