Role Overview

Our client, a growing third‑party logistics (3PL) provider operating within the non‑food sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimise multi‑site warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, standardisation, and continuous improvement while ensuring high service levels in a fast‑paced, contract logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership
    • Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership across multiple non‑food 3PL operations
