IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Service Engineer on behalf of our client based in Sheffield. This is a permanent role carrying out servicing and installation of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems across various sites, with regular opportunities for overtime and bonus earnings.

The Role

  • Service, maintain, and install LEV systems
  • Work on exhaust extraction, weld fume extraction, and dust extraction systems
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Travel to customer sites, including working away from home with overnight stays
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

About You

  • Proven experience in servicing and installing LEV systems
  • Good understanding of exhaust extraction and dust control systems
  • Comfortable working on-site and staying away overnight when required
  • P601 qualification desirable, but full training provided for the right candidate

Hours & Pay

  • Basic salary - 27,810
  • Bonus - Will be paid at 5% on all service/installation work. If Service/Installation work is shared then the 5% will be divided between each Engineer.
  • An example of salary below:
    • Top Engineer - 54,684
    • Average Engineer - 40,000
  • Commercial Vehicle provided with fuel card
  • Travel/Meals provided for overnights
  • Permanent Position
