We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and successful school community in Sevenoaks. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role
- Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups and subjects
- Deliver lessons and interventions to individuals, small groups, or whole classes when required
- Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and prepare learning activities
- Provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Monitor and report on pupil progress
