Our client, a reputable and well-established car dealership in Sidcup, Kent, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional team. Duties of a Service Advisor

  • Providing outstanding customer service as the primary point of contact for service department clients
  • Managing service bookings and advising customers on additional work and services
  • Upselling extra services such as service plans, warranties, and maintenance packages
  • Achieving customer satisfaction scores of 800 - 1,000 through effective interactions
  • Collaborating with workshop and parts departments to facilitate efficient service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS)
  • Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Requirements of a Service Advisor

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
