What does the role involve?
- Provide clients with a personalised, premium experience as they return for servicing, MOT and repairs.
- Provide customers with all necessary information to assist in decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.
- Liaise with the service department to ensure customers receive the optimum level of service at all times.
- Book vehicles into the workshop.
- Resolve any queries that customers may have.
Your Experience
- Experience in a similar role within a dealership or vehicle service environment is desirable.
- Good communication and computer skills are advantageous.
The Return
Our client offers fantastic company benefits and a basic salary of 32,000 – 35,000 pounds per annum.
