Location: Central London, 3 days office based the rest from home

Salary: 48k - 55k per annum plus benefits including yearly bonus and flexible working

Emtech are working with a growing Transport Planning & Engineering Consultancy based in Central London who are looking for a Senior Transport Planner to join their team. You will be joining a team of 15 Transport Planners at different levels of experience where you will play a key role in leading on projects and providing support to junior team members.

The role:

  • Production of detailed transport assessments.
  • Development of access strategies for all modes.
  • General knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges.
  • The analysis of development effects on road and junction capacity.
  • Preparation of concise, well-written reports.
  • Management of small projects.
  • Attending technical meetings with clients, teams and public authorities.
  • Stakeholder and public engagement experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in the field of transport planning.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in some or all of LINSIG, ARCADY, PICADY, GIS, Autodesk and Microsoft Office.
