Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organisation looking for an Interim Senior Talent Partner.

Your New Role:

Reporting to the Head of International Talent Acquisition, our client is looking for an experienced individual to assist with the high volume of IT roles that are planned to be released. This role will initially be for 2 months and is to start as soon as possible and requires someone with a very strong understanding of roles such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and AI.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop a strong pipeline of talent for current and future vacancies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first point of contact with potential candidates to onboarding
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to provide strategies to recruit diverse talent
  • Develop key relationships with hiring managers, senior management and various stakeholders
  • Work with the global TA team on execution and development of programmes to enhance attraction and pipeline of candidates

This is a high-profile role where your technical experience and network are essential to the success of this role. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you are able to implement strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
