Basic Salary: £32,000 OTE: £40,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

Location: Feltham

Benefits: NO WEEKENDS

Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Senior Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a Car Dealership?

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging service department bookings.
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
  • Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
  • Overseeing the service team.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service score.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor.
  • Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
  • Previous experience Upselling.
  • Full manual UK Driving License – subject to driver’s check.
